We had been worked closely with him to provide cold room solutions for long time. At this time, he asked us to develop Air Cooled Condenser for his supermarket refrigeration system in Chile.

According his requirements and specifications,  our engineers specially designed and optimized a 1600 m²  V Type Air Cooled Condenser, it is designed with hydrophilic aluminum foil which is better for anticorrosion,  because the V Type air cooled condenser will be installed in Chile city near the sea. 

Air Cooled Condenser is a heat exchanger to cool down and condense incoming refrigerant vapor into liquid in the refrigeration process. It is a direct air dry cooling system where the refrigerant is condensed inside air-cooled finned tubes without water loss, so the overall performance is better. Date cold room is the commonly used facility to keep dates in fresh quality. Pakistan date is well know for its sticky sand between fiber, pure and fresh, thoroughly sweet. Pakistan customer wanted to procurement cod room for date storage. Before our customer came to China, he had received several suppliers’ cold room proposals. After compared about company technology and strength, he finally came to our company and discussed date cold storage solution in detail with us. Normally date palm is popular in the tropical and subtropical area in Pakistan, Middle-East, North Africa, etc.

Our customer has the leading date processing technology and date production line in Pakistan for three generations. He is very professional, he checked our sample cold room carefully, such as axial fan unit cooler, Danfoss expansion valve, XPS panel, electrical panel for refrigeration unit, PU panel sliding door with releasing system, galvanized steel PUR panel, LED light for cold room, cam-lock for cold room panel…

This is not the first time to use cold rooms for his dates. So we had a professional communication with each other about cold room configuration, capacity, size, installation, etc. our engineer got to know dates quantity, humidity and temperature according to his special date production process. And then, we designed these three cold rooms capacity again. Because factory lies in the tropical area, so we chose original Bitzer semi-hermetic piston compressor for OnlyKem condensing units. These three date cold rooms will build in original warehouse, there are so many pillars in it. We have to make special design for them in order to prevent cool leakage of cold rooms. For these pillars, we also need supply customized dimension with our CFC Free PUF panel.

He also visited our CFC Free PU panel factory ad was satisfied with our raw material quality, production process and quality control about final PUR panel, especially our auto hydraulic pressure production line.
