Turn Key Cold room specifications in Myanmar
Cold room usage: For frozen spinach storage
Cold room external dimension: 37200mm*23460mm*6450mm
Cold room layout: total six cold rooms and one corridor
Cold room insulation panels: 150mm thickness PU sandwich panels with good insulation effect, there is no cold losing, it will save power for customer.
Floor of cold room: XPS panel + cement. Customer need to drive forklift into cold room for loading and unloading goods, so we designed this floor system, it is strong enough to bear it.
Cold room temperature: -25 degrees celsius, keep spinach be frozen.
Ambient temperature in Myanmar: +45 degrees celsius.
Our solution as follows:
1.Condensation method: Evaporating cooled condenser.
Ambient temperature in Myanmar is very high in summer, it can reach 45 degrees celsius even more higher temperature, air cooled condenser is not workable, because air cooled condenser uses hot air as medium for the heat exchange, it is not efficient with so high temperature.
Finally our engineer chose evaporating cooled condenser, in this solution, it uses water and air as cooling medium exchanges the heat with high-heat gaseous refrigerant medium and hence the refrigerant medium becomes liquid. Inside, there is water distribution system, heat exchange coil, Outside, there is water circulating pump, electronic water curing device and propeller fans on the top of heat exchange coil. Evaporating cooled condenser will be more and more popular in the tropical area.

2. Compressor unit type: Origianl new German Bitzer brand, screw compressor, parallel system.
Electricity is very expensive in Myanmar, so customer wants the energy saving solution; Besides, sometimes they don’t put full frozen spinach in the Turn Key cold room, so all compressors don’t need to work all the times. Considering these points, our engineer suggested that parallel system for customers.
Advantages of parallel system:
Integrated PLC control system.
Automatic control system: it can adjust the number of working compressors automatically according to the cooling capacity required in cold room. It means that not all compressors keep working always, so it is energy saving than the single unit.
Remote monitoring system: we can help customers debug machine in China, so it can realize online-service in the future, it is very convenient and in-time after – sales service.
Backup function: If one compressor has problems, other compressors can replace it for working. It can keep cold room temperature continuously. Spinach won’t be affected because of the sudden problems.
Long lifespan: Because it can adjust the compressor working time automatically according to the cooling capacity required, so the compressors have time of rest, their lifespan is about 30% longer than the single unit.
